Log in to the org you want ZuppDoc package be installed in.
Select privacy options, for example, for All Users and click Install.
When done make sure that ZuppDoc package was successfully installed: open your org, choose Setup → Install Packages and check if ZuppDoc package appeared on the list.
Open ZuppDoc in App Launcher:
– ZuppDoc Home tab (contains functionality documentation and statistics).- ZuppDoc Connections tab (allows you to connect your cloud file storage and link documents).
– ZuppDoc Search tab (allows you to search through linked documents).
– ZuppDoc Links tab (contains all documents ever linked in your organization).
– ZuppDoc Logs tab (stores activity logs).
– ZuppDoc Config tab (allows you to configure your ZuppDoc).
Navigate to ZuppDoc Connections tab and authorize your cloud file storage.
Open your new Connection, browse through available folders and files and link desired by pressing the ‘Link’ icon.
You can also unlink previously linked files the same manner.
Navigate to ZuppDoc Links tab and open record you like. If it’s linked you can open the document just by clicking
the ‘View’ link. If it’s unlinked the ‘View’ link will be unavailable.
